Mill Creek Law is looking to add to our team of skilled support staff to serve as our front office reception and legal support. As a comprehensive law firm in Snohomish County, our attorneys offer a wide range of services to the community resulting in a high volume of client contact and coordination. The receptionist will be responsible to manage client contact and coordination. Additionally, the role will be an entry into legal assistant support and light client billing support which will give opportunity for growth.

Ideal start date: July 28, 2025

Areas of responsibility will include:

  • Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone system, monitor and route website inquiries and manage conference room calendaring and office supplies
  • Manage payments and client billing practices
  • Compose correspondence, assist in routine drafting of pleadings and court correspondence
  • Sort and scan correspondence
  • Maintain network file organization
  • Ability to perform attorney support services
  • Assisting other legal assistants with overflow work and providing backup support during periods of annual or personal leave.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in fast-paced legal environment;
  • Excellent and clear oral and written communication skills;
  • Superior interpersonal skills and patience in communication with clients;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload;
  • Ability to take the initiative in handling projects and anticipating what needs to be done;
  • High degree of organization, professionalism and dependability;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and time-keeping applications; and
  • Must display a professional manner with clients, lawyers, paralegals and other staff members.

What We Offer:

Mill Creek Law offers a competitive total compensation package with salary commensurate with experience. Expected compensation range commensurate with experience of $40,000 - $60,000 per year. Benefits including but not limited to:
