Job summary

Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree with minimum 3 years of experience or equivalent
- Experience with legal technology and operations preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Work with legal practice teams to understand the legal process and recommend solutions
- Lead projects and act as a strategic advisor for processes
- Manage requirements collection and deliverables for implementation, software selection and document automation
- Support robotic process automation projects
- Plan and monitor projects using agile methodologies
- Understand advanced technologies and trends in the legal industry
- Identify and evaluate best-in-class tools aligned with firm strategy
- Translate business requirements to developers and help build solutions
- Foster relationships across the Firm and external networks
- Perform other duties as requested
