You will collaborate with partners, practice group leaders, and administrative teams to analyze pricing, build proposals, and provide insights for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in pricing, financial analysis, or strategic management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy Development: Create and implement pricing strategies that align with the firm’s strategic goals.
• Evaluate and refine existing pricing models to improve profitability and client satisfaction.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct analyses of pricing data, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track and report financial performance related to pricing initiatives.
• Training and Education: Educate attorneys and staff on pricing strategies and the importance of value-based pricing.
• Develop tools and resources that support the firm's pricing initiatives.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in client expectations related to pricing and service delivery.
• Conduct market research to benchmark firm practices against competitors.
