Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and filing of pleadings and court papers.
• Retrieve rules, regs and company profiles as needed.
• Assist with document productions, transactions and closings.
• Prepare for interviews, depositions, hearings, trials and client meetings.
• Perform non-legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER and other sources.
• Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.
• Ensure files follow approved protocols and case management systems.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Support paralegals and attorneys across practice areas.
