Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking Legal Practice Assistants to join our offices in Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York City, Palo Alto, Washington, DC, and Wilmington. This entry-level role involves direct contact with attorneys and supports the Paralegal Services Department.

The position is office-based, five days a week through 2027, with potential changes after that depending on location. Bachelor’s degree required and GPA requested when applying.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong computer and research skills with proficiency in firm software.
• Ability to navigate electronic databases and document repositories.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparation and court filings as needed.
• Aid in document productions, transactions and closings.
• Support interviews, depositions, hearings and client meetings.
• Perform non-legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER.
