Anthropic is hiring a hands-on Legal Specialist (Law Enforcement) to manage government requests for user data. You will own the end-to-end process from intake to production, collaborate with counsel across jurisdictions, and help refine tooling and workflows for efficient data handling.

The role sits within the Litigation, Regulatory & Policy team and requires excellent judgment, confidentiality, and strong project-management skills to support Anthropic's compliance and transparency efforts.

Formación

• Experience in a legal operations or paralegal role in-house.
• Direct front-line experience handling law enforcement or government requests for user data.
• Knowledge of the Stored Communications Act and cross-border requests (MLATs).
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Ability to manage time pressure and maintain discretion.
• Experience owning intake, queue, or docketing processes end to end.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end response to law enforcement and government data requests.
• Prepare and execute data productions including scoping and retrieval.
• Coordinate with outside and in-house counsel on objections and narrowing.
• Produce recurring reporting on request volume and queue health.
• Monitor legal developments impacting data access and advise the team.
