Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of operational systems and databases, including matter, contract, and request-intake tools, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of Legal technology tools, including the Contract Management System.
• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting and Outside Counsel to provide data regarding invoiced legal fees.
• Assist Corporate Development with due diligence coordination and administer due diligence databases.
• Document, standardize, and improve Legal Department processes and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional information requests from customers and vendors; assist with special projects.
