The role administers the LMS, designs training content, and coordinates HBS University programming for lawyers and staff. Working with the Director and trainers, the Coordinator applies AI tools to content development, oversees onboarding of new legal resources, tracks pilots and projects, and

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years in coordination, administrative, or program-management roles, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Experience learning management systems and applying AI to content development.

Responsibilities

• LMS administration and upkeep, course setup, user management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Design, edit, and produce training materials using AI as appropriate.
• Coordinate HBS University programming and session logistics.
• Support management of legal resources, tools, licenses, and renewals.
• Serve as a responsive contact for scheduling and enrollment queries.
• Coordinate onboarding of new legal resources and AI platforms.
• Assist with offboarding of attorneys and matters.
• Perform additional duties across the operations department.
