THE ROLE
Khan Academy is looking for a highly-organized, client-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support the HR operational needs of our employees as well as our internal People Operations teams including Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition. You are a great communicator, an independent problem solver, and have a passion for operations that work that support an excellent employee and candidate experience. You recognize when you don't yet have the experience or knowledge to solve a problem and reach out to others for help or guidance. The target salary range for this position is $77,600 - $97,000 USD / $104,862 - $131,077 CAN. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary offered will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data. Additional incentives are provided as part of the complete total rewards package, in addition to comprehensive medical and other benefits.
