About The Role

The Legal Operations Coordinator will manage day‑to‑day workflow and matter‑management processes for the employment litigation team. Responsibilities include coordinating new matter openings and closings (including conflict checks and engagement letters), managing and prioritizing a busy legal department inbox, producing documents from internal systems, processing invoices, and organizing and auditing case files across multiple document management platforms. You will work closely with in‑house attorneys, business partners, and outside counsel, so strong communication skills and an understanding of confidentiality are essential.
