First Citizens Bank is seeking a Legal Operations professional to manage legal technology, analytics, and reporting within a hybrid role based in Raleigh or Charlotte, NC. You will administer CounselLink, build Power BI dashboards, and partner with IT, Finance, FP&A, and outside counsel to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Legal Operations or related finance reporting, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on CounselLink e-billing administration.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; analytics tools a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a visible role.
• Comfortable with numbers and storytelling from data.

Responsibilities

• Administer CounselLink and related legal technology platforms.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for spend, matter management, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance, FP&A, and outside counsel on implementations.
• Create system documentation and user training materials.
• Monitor data quality, security roles, and reporting accuracy.
