Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and minimum of 1 year’s relevant banking experience, or a combined minimum of 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience including 1 year in banking.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal personnel and outside counsel to establish effective legal strategy while managing costs.
• Coordinate with business partners and vendors to ensure services meet SLAs.
• Negotiate sale and settlement agreements with counsel and partners.
• Monitor workout strategies and expenses to protect the bank's collateral value and return.
• Review and approve attorney SmartSpend fees and track customer-level expenses.
