Job summary

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and advise on regulatory disclosures and licensing documents.
• May represent the organization in litigation matters for assigned businesses.
• Develop and interpret departmental policies to mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on complex legal matters.
