Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP is hiring a Systems Engineer to support deployment, maintenance, and performance of firm software applications for attorneys and business professionals. The role focuses on on-premises and cloud-based solutions, with third-level support and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting software systems.
• Experience with Microsoft configurations and enterprise tools in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, monitor, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based software applications.
• Provide third-level application support and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support integrations between firm applications and Microsoft 365.
