Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program, preferably with a focus in Pre-Law or a related field.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research and analysis on various cases and legislation
• Draft legal documents, including memos, contracts, and briefs
• Attend client meetings and take notes to support discussions and strategic planning
• Support the team in case management and organizing documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing files
