Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate program preferred.
• 2–3 years paralegal/legal assistant experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison among internal and external parties for scheduling and sharing information.
• Organizes and manages documents, including creation of spreadsheets and filing systems.
• Investigates case facts and compiles factual support for company position.
• Searches public records and other resources.
• Conducts basic research on laws, regulations, and legal articles.
• Coordinates collection, review, and production of documents in response to discovery requests.
• Reviews legal documents and correspondence to facilitate counsel review.
• Organizes and maintains documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
• Compiles information, prepares statistics, charts, and summaries of findings.
• Prepares and interprets legal documents including interrogatories and real estate documents.
