Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and other legal documents.
• Support business transactions by gathering and analyzing legal information.
• Maintain and organize legal records and documents per governance standards.
• Assist with compliance activities, legal research, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in meetings and document key takeaways.
