Job summary

FMC Corporation invites motivated students to join our 2027 Digital summer internship cohort at the Philadelphia headquarters. The program offers hands‑on work in Security & Compliance, Data Analytics, IT Transformation, and Business IT Enablement, with mentorship and cross‑functional collaboration.

Interns will work a hybrid schedule, typically lasting the summer from early June to August, and will gain valuable IT experience, connecting with leadership and receiving networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree.
• Candidates must have completed the first year of undergrad.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist digital functions in daily activities and special projects with hands‑on application of educational experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Learn, understand, and gain experience through job shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities.
• Contribute new ideas and participate as a team member of the department including attendance at meetings and networking events.
• Participate in initiatives to modernize IT efforts and support process improvement projects.
