Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic law principles
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• First-year undergrad completed
• Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and other legal documents for compliance.
• Support business transactions by gathering and analyzing legal information.
• Maintain and organize legal records and regulatory documents per governance requirements.
• Assist with compliance activities, legal research, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Attend meetings, document key takeaways, and support communications.
