Qualifications

Customer service experience in a professional setting.
Ability to handle high call volume (≥100 calls/day).
Detail-oriented with accuracy in data collection.
Strong communication, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general software.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound calls and emails from potential clients.
Gather detailed information about potential legal claims.
Update and maintain client records with detailed notes.
Follow up consistently with leads and current clients.
Help clients understand required documentation.
Collaborate with intake and case management teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Convert leads into clients through clear communication and supportive service.
