• Maintain consistency by treating every client with care and compassion, regardless of call volume or timing.
• Document and organize client information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure smooth case management.
• Continuously improve knowledge of different case types and medical conditions, particularly related to asbestos exposure, to better assist clients.
