HACH & ROSE, LLP, a leading plaintiff personal injury firm in New York, seeks an experienced HR/Executive Assistant for immediate start. The role supports HR and firm leadership, ensuring timely case-related communications and professional client interactions.

Strong communication, proactive approach, and familiarity with legal tech are required. The position is full-time and onsite, with responsibilities covering onboarding, recruitment, scheduling, and confidential personnel tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Experience in a professional-services or law-firm environment is a plus.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish proficiency is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Human Resources and firm leadership.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and employee administrative tasks.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and other firm activities.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic legal documents.
• Coordinate with building management and vendors as needed.
• Assist with Spanish translations as needed.
