Arnold & Itkin LLP in Houston is seeking a File Clerk/Runner for a contracted 90-day period. The role supports the File team with document intake, filing, and case-management workflows in a busy law firm environment.

You will lift boxes up to 50 lbs, run errands for partners, and help maintain conference rooms and supply areas while demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Run local errands for firm partners and managers
• Read, scan, document, and distribute/route high volume incoming correspondence
• Retrieve, organize, and file client documents and files
• Maintain document files using case management software
• Frequently assist in the movement of boxes or furniture weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Monitor inventories in supply room and kitchen, and conference room set‑up and maintenance
• Assist with special projects as needed

Conocimientos

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift 30 lbs

Work independently

Willing to work extended hours

Office 365 familiarity

Educación
