Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run local errands for firm partners and managers.
• Read, scan, document, and distribute/route high volume incoming correspondence.
• Retrieve, organize, and file client documents and files.
• Maintain document files using case management software.
• Frequently assist in the movement of boxes or furniture weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Monitor inventories in supply room and kitchen, and conference room set-up and maintenance.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
