Our client, one of the largest legal services providers, is seeking a Legal Editor to join their team remotely.

Remote (flexible hours, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week)

1-3 month W2 contract (open to conversion/extension)

You will support the client with legal writing/editing for their AI product, advising the LLM on legal content to support NLP functions.

• Strong legal research and analysis skills, with high familiarity with US legal content/documents
• Ability to learn quickly and work in an agile manner, adapting to new assignments as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Ability to work with multiple software tools
• Good written communication skills and regular communication with leads and managers
• Capable of providing high volume of work according to quotas
• Experience in providing high-quality feedback and analysis on products tested

Requirements:

• JD and 1-5 years of experience
• Licensed attorney
• Consideration given to advanced degree plus license to practice
• Recently retired licensed attorneys considered
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to learn new software
