Job Title: Technical Content Specialist – Customer Review Response

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred; Round Rock, TX a plus)

Type: Contract (6 months to start, potential extension)

Start: ASAP

Overview:

We’re building a team of skilled technical writers with a strong customer voice to support a major product campaign with a Fortune 100 global technology client. This initiative focuses on responding to online product reviews (Yelp, Google, PowerReviews) for their new hero product.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft thoughtful, on-brand responses to customer reviews (1–5 stars)
• Identify root causes and link to helpful resources or knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and content moderators
• Recommend best practices for tone, structure, and engagement
• Ensure high-quality, publish-ready responses

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical writing or CX content experience
• Familiarity with online review platforms (PowerReviews preferred)
• Experience with tech brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo a plus)
• Prior work with consumer or SMB audiences
• Based in the U.S., with bonus points for proximity to Round Rock, TX
