Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of legal billing experience.
• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects of billing for assigned attorneys, clients and ebilling sites
• Coordinates electronic billing through client sites and BillBlast as required
• Reviews, edits and processes pre-bills
• Performs reconciliations and adjustments for accurate client invoicing
• Communicates with billing attorneys and support staff about billing matters
• Prepares final invoices for transmission to BillBlast or ebilling sites
• Maintains ebilling reporting and billing requirements information
• Manages high volume of emails and calls on legal billing
• Provides first-level billing system support to attorneys and staff
• Maintains documentation of ebilling changes for audit trail
• Performs matter and ebilling site reconciliations
• Updates systems/sites with information for successful ebilling submissions
• Monitors rejections, reductions and adjustments
• Maintains reporting and ebilling requirements information
• Make changes to ebilling formats
• Process monthly invoices and handle rejections/reductions
• Prepare ad hoc billing reports on request
• Perform additional duties as assigned
