Actively seeking Legal Due Diligence Risk Analyst for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position is ideal for candidates with prior financial or legal experience who are looking to grow within the legal analyst and due diligence (Anti-Money Laundering) space within a law firm.

Job Details

• HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
• PAY: $72 - $75K (commensurate with overall experience)

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• Ability to learn quickly; multi-task; understand diverse firm systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word is REQUIRED

Role Responsibilities

• Clearing new matters
• Facilitating client and matter onboarding
• Analysis and identifying additional information needed
• Maintaining databases, breach logs, risk registers, and internal know-how
• Supporting risk management in procurement
• Research and analysis
• Producing reports related to new matters
• Working on ad hoc projects as they arise
