You will review and prepare legal documents for structured products issuance, collaborating with Sales, Structuring, and Legal to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role reports to the Head of the Legal Documentation Unit and requires strong document drafting, template development, and multitasking

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Draft deal documentation (Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements, Notes) for structured products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Structuring, and Legal on transactions.
• Develop and maintain templates to automate listing document issuances.
• Report and escalate legal issues to line managers and document collaborations.
• Manage multiple complex projects with industry knowledge and discipline.

Pay Rate: $27.02 per hour - $28.57 per hour Negotiable based upon years of experience

Summary

• This is a temporary legal documentation support position within the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team in the company's Institutional Client Group.
• The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Structuring, and Legal in reviewing and preparing legal documentation related to structured products issuance.
• This role will report to the Head of the Legal Documentation Unit within the company's Retail Third Party Distribution group.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of deal documentation (Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements, and Notes) for structured products.
• Liaising with Sales, Structuring, and Legal teams on transactions.
• Developing, testing, and maintaining templates to enable automation of deal documentation for listed structured products issuances.
• Reporting and escalating any legal-related issues to line managers as appropriate and coordinating with other members of the documentation team.
• Effectively and proactively managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while applying industry and process knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as Adobe Professional.
• Effective written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving, grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines at any given time.
• Highly organized individual with special attention to detail; motivated self-starter with initiative, sound judgment, and discretion.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and/or other departments.
