Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is seeking a right-of-way description specialist to support acquisition and disposition of real property interests for MnDOT projects. You will prepare accurate legal descriptions, review maps and plats, and serve as a technical advisor to staff across districts to ensure compliance with program delivery schedules.
Minimum qualifications include four years of right-of-way or related experience, or three years plus one year in related areas; degrees
Competenze
- Four years of right-of-way or related experience.
- OR three years of right-of-way experience plus one year in related areas.
- English reading/writing/speaking ability sufficient for documentation and communication.
Mansioni
- Assist in preparation of legal descriptions for property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Review maps and plats in reference to legal descriptions needs.
- Serve as a technical advisor to staff across districts and the department.
- Provide accurate, precise descriptions to support the Program Delivery schedule.
