Tarkett is seeking a Legal Counsel in Solon, OH to act as a trusted advisor on commercial transactions for North America. You will lead drafting, negotiation, and structuring of sales, leases, licenses, procurement, and services agreements, aligning legal risk with business goals.

The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer & SVP of M&A and requires a U.S. JD with 2+ years of practice, bar admission, and strong contract skills. Hybrid work in Solon is available, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active admission to a state bar.
• 2+ years of licensed legal practice.
• Experience in commercial contracts is preferred.

## Legal CounselAnsök: Hybrid: United States, Solon (OH): Full time: Registrerades i går: R2026100097The **Legal Counsel** serves as a trusted business partner and legal advisor on commercial transactions for Tarkett’s flooring solutions in North America. This role leads drafting, negotiation, and structuring of sales, leasing, licensing, procurement, and services agreements, with a focus on advancing business objectives while managing legal risk.
