Job summary

Briefly LLC in the United States seeks a Content Writer to produce and edit content across multiple firms, ensuring brand voice and accuracy. You will collaborate with Marketing leads, adapt tone, and leverage AI tools responsibly to speed delivery.

From attorney bios and website copy to newsletters and social posts, you will manage editorial standards, plan thought leadership pieces with attorneys, and ensure compliance and SEO best practices across formats.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional writing and editing experience, including in legal marketing or a legal environment
• A portfolio showing bios, long-form articles or alerts, web copy and social content
• Ability to interview subject-matter experts and turn complex material into clear, business-friendly English
• Working knowledge of SEO and writing for the web, and experience publishing in a CMS (HubSpot or WordPress preferred)
• Confident use of AI writing and research tools with judgment on accuracy and confidentiality
• Strong organization to manage multiple deadlines across several Firms
• Ability to adapt voice across several brands and audiences

Responsibilities

• Write and refresh attorney bios across four Firms and support website copy, case studies, newsletters and client communications
• Write social media copy and support campaign materials while maintaining brand voice
• Edit and shape attorney-authored thought leadership pieces for clarity and business impact
• Plan, structure and outline blogs and client alerts with attorneys and Practice Development leads
• Repurpose content across formats (LinkedIn posts, newsletters, emails) and ensure timely publication
• Follow each Firm’s compliance review process before publication
