Legal Content & Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of high-priority Complex Litigation campaigns and help manage core marketing operations across the firm.The Legal Content & Social Media Coordinator will report directly to the
Marketing Manager and will be embedded in the strategy and campaign execution process, with a strong focus on content delivery, speed, attorney visibility, and platform coordination. The Legal Content & Social Media Coordinator will also contribute to visibility, intake growth, and digital brand consistency across platforms. The Legal Content & Social Media Coordinator will also ensure that content creation and scheduling processes are aligned with our firm’s voice and SEO standards for legal content.While this role will focus primarily on
Complex Litigation, the coordinator will also support
firmwide marketing operations, including tracking, scheduling, and execution support across campaigns and platforms.This is a hands-on position requiring comfort across writing, SEO, social media, campaign coordination, and project tracking systems. Evening or weekend availability may be required during urgent case developments or Complex Litigation campaign deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Campaign Execution- Write and edit clear, optimized content for Complex Litigation topics (data breaches, mass torts, class actions, etc.)
- Format and publish SEO content using WordPress and Yoast SEO
- Apply keyword insights using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console
- Draft and coordinate attorney spotlights, campaign landing pages, and article bylines
- Launch urgent content tied to case investigations under fast-moving timelines
Social Media Strategy & Platform Management- Schedule and post across social media channels.
- Coordinate content with attorneys and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with legal content strategy and campaign visibility goals
- Track performance across platforms and adjust posting strategy as needed
Marketing Operations & Administrative Coordination- Support general marketing administrative tasks including internal documentation, invoice coordination, department scheduling, and meeting prep
- Manage campaign intake forms and coordinate task flow using project management tools
- Track deadlines for SEO publishing, newsletter rollouts, and internal approvals
- Maintain organized content library, editorial calendar, and firm branding guidelines
- Provide marketing department-wide support: blog formatting, UTM tracking, basic asset QA
- Coordinate form integrations and intake form updates across platforms (WordPress, campaign tools, etc.)
- Support basic CRM data entry, campaign tagging, and list maintenance
Collaboration & Communication- Coordinate with vendors, attorneys, and project contributors as needed (under Marketing Director’s supervision)
- Help collect legal content and social media performance metrics and contribute to quarterly reporting and insights
- Escalate messaging or timing concerns when legal strategy intersects with marketing
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital content writing, social media coordination, or campaign execution
- Proficiency in WordPress, Yoast SEO, Google Search Console, SEMrush (or similar SEO tools)
- Experience publishing and optimizing content across Reddit, Meta, and X (Twitter)
- Experience with ClickUp, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive attitude
- Excellent grammar, writing clarity, and sense of tone/voice for public-facing content
Preferred Qualifications
- Complex Litigation marketing experience is a plus
- Legal marketing experience preferred
- Experience working in or adjacent to legal, litigation, policy, or advocacy environments
- Familiarity with attorney collaboration or highly regulated content reviews
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and pivot content priorities quickly
- Comfort working independently while keeping stakeholders in the loop
