• Relevant Operating Experience: You've supported legal, compliance or another documentation-intensive business function.
• Attention to Detail: You keep records, versions and deadlines accurate and can spot missing information.
• Good Judgment: You distinguish an administrative task from a decision that needs counsel or a security specialist.
• Clear Communication: You make requests specific, follow up constructively and keep stakeholders informed.
• Operational Judgment: You can improve a documentation-heavy workflow while recognizing which questions require counsel, security expertise or an explicit approval.

Responsibilities

• Run Legal Intake: Collect the context for contract, privacy and compliance requests, route decisions and track the next action.
• Maintain the Source of Truth: Keep agreements, approvals, policies and evidence organized with reliable version and access control.
• Coordinate Reviews: Track deadlines and outstanding inputs across counsel, security, vendors and internal teams.
• Support Customer Requests: Prepare approved materials and coordinate responses to due-diligence questions.
• Improve Legal Operations: Build matter trackers, template libraries and self-service guidance that reduce turnaround time and missed follow-ups.
