DESCRIPTION
Foundry is seeking a Legal & Compliance Counsel to lead and manage enterprise-wide compliance efforts while providing legal support across the organization. This role’s primary focus will be building and executing a global compliance framework, and a secondary focus on supporting commercial legal matters—particularly contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
You will serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory, compliance, and legal risk across the business. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving and innovative crypto infrastructure company backed by one of the most established players in the digital asset space. You’ll be part of a small, entrepreneurial legal team where your contributions will have immediate impact.
This is a remote position, you can work from anywhere within the United States.

The salary range for this role is $125,000- $175,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This range only includes base compensation and does not include other tangible benefits such as 401K match, bonuses, overtime pay, and other benefits.
Please note that employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
