Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in legal, bankruptcy, or litigation support.
• Familiarity with PACER and legal databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Associate’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• File proof of claims and track bankruptcy case activity
• Coordinate with outside counsel on conflicts and account referrals
• Gather documentation for discovery, subpoenas, and legal requests
• Maintain case records, deadlines, and legal documentation
• Process legal invoices, payments, and support collections efforts
