Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Juris Doctorate.
• The applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• The Legal Co Op will participate in various areas within the in‑house legal department, including Ethics & Compliance, Employment Law, and Litigation
• Your experience will be unique based on the business needs and your career interests
• The legal co‑op will be exposed to a broad array of hands‑on opportunities in risk assessments, internal investigations, employment/labor, commercial contracts, litigation/disputes, facilities/leases, intellectual property, NDAs, regulatory audits, contract negotiations, legal training, import/export matters, ethics & compliance, and/or other areas to meet business needs.
• The legal co‑op will work under the direction of in‑house counsel or other experienced legal, contracts, or import/export professionals
