Textron Systems seeks a Legal Co-Op (Air Systems) in Hunt Valley, MD to contribute across Ethics & Compliance, Employment Law, and Litigation. You will participate in risk assessments, investigations, and contract work while learning from in-house counsel and seasoned professionals.

The role offers hands-on experiences across legal areas, mentorship, and development opportunities for a dynamic, entry-level candidate pursuing a JD.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Juris Doctorate
• The applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Responsabilidades

• Participate in areas within the in-house legal department, including Ethics & Compliance, Employment Law, and Litigation
• Gain exposure to a broad array of hands-on opportunities in risk assessments, internal investigations, employment/labor, commercial contracts, litigation/disputes, facilities/leases, intellectual property, NDAs, regulatory audits, contract negotiations, legal training, import/export matters, ethics & compliance, and other areas as needed
• Work under the direction of in-house counsel or other experienced legal, contracts, or import/export professionals
