ELG Estate Planning is a preeminent Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law firm serving clients throughout Washington. We foster a collaborative team environment where curiosity drives innovation and every member is committed to pursuing excellence in their work. Over the past 20 years, ELG Estate Planning has served thousands of satisfied clients and is dedicated exclusively to Estate Planning and Probate. We have offices in Spokane, Tri-Cities, and Seattle. Our Seattle office is seeking a Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
This role combines client-facing responsibilities with administrative support. You're the first and often the most important contact our clients have with ELG. When interacting with clients, your mission is to ensure every person who connects with us, whether by phone, email, or in person, feels welcomed, heard, and taken care of. You'll run the reception desk at our Seattle office, manage the flow of communication and information, and handle the administrative details that allow our legal team to focus on what they do best. While your primary support goes to the legal team, you'll collaborate across the entire firm and be the person who helps keep everything running smoothly so clients receive the attentive, warm experience they deserve. If you thrive on meaningful client interaction, enjoy variety in your daily responsibilities, and appreciate knowing that no two days are quite the same, because one minute you're problem-solving with a client and the next you're coordinating with attorneys across multiple practice areas, this role offers exactly that.
This is a non-exempt position, paid hourly. The salary range is $25/hr - $32/hr (Approximately $50,000-$65,000 annually), based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
