Job summary

NW Staffing Resources seeks an experienced Domestic Relations Paralegal to support attorneys with active family law caseloads in Portland, OR. This part-time, in-office role offers $30-$32 per hour DOE and a collaborative, professional team.

You will manage day-to-day case workflows, prepare discovery, filings and supporting documents, draft judgments, and maintain momentum by coordinating with attorneys and staff. Mac environment familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Domestic Relations Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Experience with discovery and family law litigation workflow.
• Strong knowledge of court filings, motions, court rules, and legal drafting.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with day-to-day family law case management and workflow.
• Prepare discovery, motions, filings, and supporting documents.
• Draft judgments and other legal documents for attorney review.
• Help keep cases moving by monitoring assignments and proactively communicating with attorneys.
