Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior legal experience is a plus, but we are open to training individuals with administrative or office experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Experience in Aderant Sierra software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Maintain trial and discovery calendars and coordinate key events.
• Assist attorneys with litigation tasks, including dictation, scheduling, electronic filing, and case file management.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
