Qualifications

• Previous legal experience is a plus but training is available for administrative or office experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Maintain trial and discovery calendars and coordinate key events.
• Assist attorneys with litigation tasks, including dictation, scheduling, e-filing, and case file management.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
