Qualifications

• Basic principles of QA/QC strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive loan-level desktop reviews based on KPIs for quality legal services.
• Respond to a heavy volume of email with timely, thorough replies.
• Draft and prepare motions and notices.
• Meet client deadlines.
• File and upload pleadings and exhibits with court and client.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
