SouthLaw, P.C. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Eviction Department. This position supports attorneys throughout the eviction process and plays an important role in ensuring cases move efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with client and court requirements.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable managing a high-volume workload, prioritizing competing deadlines, and working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
The Evictions Legal Assistant is responsible for preparing and filing key legal documents required for the Eviction process, and monitoring and maintenance of the ongoing Eviction cases. This person will be required to use analytical and critical thinking skills when completing work. This position will work effectively with a variety of Firm members and clients.
