Thompson Law Injury Lawyers in Philadelphia seeks an Intake Paralegal to join our team. The role covers answering calls, engaging with prospective clients in person and by phone, and coordinating with paralegals and investigators to deliver exceptional client service.

The position is Monday–Friday, 3pm–12am ET, with potential partial work-from-home flexibility after training. 1–3+ years law firm experience and BI-lingual English/Spanish are required to ensure smooth client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 1-3+ years working in a law firm.
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred).
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and interact with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner.
• Respond to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns.
• Notify paralegals and investigators.

About the job:

This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to delivering excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 3pm to 12pm (eastern time)

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1-3+ years working in a Law firm.
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.

Total Compensation Package:

• We expect the compensation for this role to be between $50,000 and $60,000 plus a bonus, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Eligible for partial Work From Home (WFH) flexibility following the initial training and onboarding period
