The Law Offices Of Kanner And Pintaluga is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals in Missouri, handling medical records, bills, liens, and discovery materials. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong organizational skills.
You will draft documents, maintain case files, coordinate client communications, and help prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials. Prior legal experience and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.

The Legal Assistant will work directly with their attorney and litigation paralegal to support ongoing cases in compliance with Missouri’s Rules of Civil Procedure. Responsibilities include obtaining medical records, updated bills, liens, loans, and PIP logs; drafting legal documents for attorney review; and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
