Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CLS Legal Operations data and analytics roadmap for operational strategy and litigation outcomes.
• Lead design, development, governance, and lifecycle management of executive dashboards and KPIs in Power BI.
• Partner to build governed Fabric pipelines and data products with source-system owners.
• Identify and implement responsible AI use cases with governance and human oversight.
• Establish predictive analytics foundations including model development and monitoring.
• Create business cases linking analytics to cost savings, ROI, and capacity.
