Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Data Analytics Manager for Client Legal Services to lead the analytics roadmap, modernize Power BI reporting, and advance Fabric adoption. This role will integrate responsible AI, build ROI discipline, and develop predictive capabilities while growing team depth and continuity of analytics knowledge.

Qualifications

7+ years of data analytics/BI or related field.
Experience leading analytics teams or analytics platforms.
Experience in legal operations, insurance, claims, or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute CLS Legal Operations data and analytics roadmap.
Lead design and governance of executive Power BI dashboards.
Partner to build governed Fabric pipelines and data warehouses.
Identify and implement responsible AI use cases with governance.
Establish predictive analytics foundations and ROI-driven insights.
Develop data quality and KPI governance standards.
Translate analytics into decision-ready insights for leadership.
