MISO is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Analyst/Paralegal to coordinate finalization, review, and filing of agreements, draft transmittal letters, and coordinate filings with FERC and courts. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and relevant legal experience, strong communication, and independent work capability.
You will work in an open, collaborative environment with a team-first mentality and be part of a structured process around regulatory filings and tariff compliance.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $69,000-94,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
