Job summary

MISO is seeking a Legal Analyst or Paralegal to coordinate the finalization, review, execution, and filing of agreements in a highly collaborative team.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to draft transmittal letters and basic pleadings, while coordinating filings to FERC and courts. Training will cover MISO Tariff structures and filing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience (including as Legal Analyst or Paralegal).
• Strong time management skills with demonstrated capability to manage complex workload with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management tools; strong proofreading and communication abilities.

• Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience (including as Legal Analyst or Paralegal)

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $69,000-94,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
